Is beauty a question of genes?

NOBODY REALLY knows, but when you discover that Varvara is the older sister of Mila then you may well be swayed to that conclusion. On the other hand, Varvara reminds Luba of Kathrine, a former Miss Norway, and beauty therefore remains where it has always been, in the eye of the beholder.

Varvara spent ten years as a gymnast, competing internationally, and moves like a cat, lithe and flexible. Now her days as a gymnast are over, she works as a waitress in a cool night club in Kiev. Sometimes she has to work until 5.00 am, but was as fresh as a flower and would arrive on time for a shoot looking marvelous. Most important for the photographer, she would be in a good mood, too, telling witty stories about the customers at the club.
