We planned it from the start as a way of letting our loyal members and fans get to know us better and to meet the models that they have followed online. Just as important, we wanted to help develop the talent – amateur and pro – that is out there.

The mix of photography instruction and socialising worked really well. Our participants were from right across the range in terms of experience. Together they produced impressive work. Take a look at it here. It just shows what you can achieve when you are enjoying yourself at the same time.

Phase One, who make the top-quality gear we use, sent us a representative. He gave a very informative presentation on colour balancing and workflow. With high quality tuition like this, and what we input ourselves, the participants made great progress. Then afterwards they relaxed and got into the wining and dining side of the event. They all agreed that the California-style atmosphere in Sitges was a terrific bonus to the weekend.
