Something Wicked

Something Wicked

Monsieur and Madame Hegre have arrived in Paris for three-months on the chalk face of ooo la la! Paris in the springtime: the shirts get shorter, the tops get skinnier and the sound of heels tapping on the cobblestones is like a drum roll for something wicked and wonderfully French.

Paris has a reputation for being sexy and the people like to live up to it. French women are unafraid of their sensuality. They are chic and gamine, the girls with boys' faces so stunning, especially when they're riding by on bicycles. Everyone calls Paris the city of love, and it is no secret as to why these lively streets have earned such a reputation.

But Petter Hegre is not in la capital to enjoy the coffee and smoke some Gauloises; this is hard labor. Paris is the photo metropolis of Europe - nudity central! Hegre plans a new portfolio in the fashion nudes genre, and with that famous light over the Seine, the location work is going to be something to behold.

Girls on bikes always turn heads. Girls on bikes in Paris cause accidents.

Paris Magic

Paris Magic

Paris is so passionate we can't help feeling at home. Our artist's loft reminds me of my students days in New York apprenticed to Richard Avedon, and that old feeling of inspiration is hotting the blood in my veins. My shutter finger is itching; my mind is like the script for a great movie. There must be something in the air...Paris is magical and I'm frantically unloading boxes of computers, monitors, printers, cameras, flashes, Luba's clothes...

Once I had everything up and running, I made the first test exposure with my new 22 mill pix camera, and as Luba just doesn't have anything to wear, she had to dress in nothing but the Paris light streaming through the window.

It would be tempting to stay in the loft and just shoot a million pictures, but we have to go out and start networking. We are here to recruit models. Ads are going in La Liberation and the magazine FUSAC - and I'll be checking the inbox waiting for those Hegre Girls to get in touch. There was a lot of response from you surfers after the last Hegre Newsletter. Keep coming with those tips. They're greatly appreciated.

Extreme

Extreme

Made tracks to the red light district in Pigalle - not for anything wicked, but to drop in on Didier Carre in his amazingly neat, nicely organized studio. Didier belongs to the old school of photography and I admire his dedication and high standards.

He always works in black & white, and his processes from exposure to final print is the embodiment of perfection. Like his studio, his labs are the most efficient I have ever seen, better even than those I have visited and worked for in the US. Didier's next exhibition opens in October. If you're in Paris, don't miss this chance to see some of the most original photography in the business. Didier's work is often extreme: like gaping legs and inserted glass dildos (check out the photos on the right), but these hard-core images have an aesthetic quality rare in the contemporary art world. Next week, he's going to shoot Luba. I can't wait.

Happy Birthday Luba

Happy Birthday Luba

Roses are red...The sky is blue Luba's 23 today...Happy birthday to you. Okay, so I'm not a poet! But I am a romantic, even for a Norse. I woke my Ukrainian princess with a big bunch of roses and took some shots in that dreamy time when Luba's still planning her day... deciding whether or not to wriggle into her new jeans, or would a dress be better to max out the credit cards at Le Printemps, probably the largest and most prestigious shopping mall for the top designers on the planet. Now I know why Luba's been telling me "Petter, I've got nothing to wear..."

Luba's fun to go shopping with. I can't resist peeking into the fitting rooms while she's changing and she can't resist putting on a show. Luba's an Aries baby, the brightest red in the spectrum. She's restless and energetic; she can't stand being bored and is a really good organizer. Being beautiful and being a bimbo used to go together. Nowadays, being beautiful means being bright.

That night, Luba really did look like a fairy tale princess with her golden dress slicked to her body. We went to the Buddha Bar (is there anywhere else?) and the heads were turning, the guys, naturally, but what makes a woman happy is when the girls' heads turn. Luba's amber eyes glowed in the candlelight and the famous Buddha Bar music washed like waves on a Mediterranean beach in the background.

Hey, maybe I am a poet! Petter

Chiaroscuro Shadows

Chiaroscuro Shadows

Our network after ten days is starting to knit together. The diary is mass of appointments, all scribbled down with different pens. There are plenty of parties, sure this is Paris, but my shutter finger is getting itchy again and tonight I’ll be polishing my lenses.

The week starts taking shape on Sunday when I have a session scheduled with Henrietta, a seriously gorgeous young girl from Hungary. She’s just starting her career but she has that essential je ne sais quoi that says she’s going to be a player.

Monday, I’m taking Luba on a pilgrimage to meet Dahmane, the legendary Parisian photographer whose work I’ve long admired. Tuesday, Luba has her date in Pigalle with Didier Carre, and Wednesday Miss Lza Steyaert will bare her soul for the Hegre bright shining lenses. Thursday, Luba will change roles and get shooting a Ukrainian model…details to come.

The response from the various agencies has been encouraging, and at the moment we’re trying to pull strings to make a backstage documentary at the Moulin Rouge.

Back in the present, the light in our atelier is fantastic with the huge glass skylight creating chiaroscuro shadows on the sloping walls. I never get tired of photographing Luba, and in her très French denim, a little pink silk corset and Armani shoes, she appears like a butterfly pinned to the stark white walls. Check out the photos.

Finally, I received news from Edition Skylight: my new book "100 NAKED GIRLS" will be in the shops this autumn and I can promise you it will be an interesting collection.

Stay tuned. Petter

Temple of Art

Temple of Art

The Louvre is one of the wonders of the world, at least the art world. They started building this incredible pile 800 years ago when half of Europe was still running around in animal skins. It was the Royal Palace for the debauched monarchy until someone came up with the idea for the guillotine and turned France into a Republic. Goodbye Marie Antoinette – hello The Mona Lisa, and for the best part of the past two centuries it has been the great temple of art and houses the world’s most important collection.

You haven’t been? It sounds boring? Hell, no! Next time your wife is nagging on that you never take her anywhere, get some tickets for the Lady Louvre and get ready for nudity like you have never seen it before. Luba and the Louvre. They go together like…rum and coke, strawberries and cream, like the patterns of light and shadow creeping through the skylight.

She had never been before, so I deliberately planned a route through the mediaeval fortress that would give us The Mona Lisa as the grand finale. It takes five hours minimum if you really want to take it all in, and then you leave gasping for more. So, do yourself a favour, and get those tickets, and when you do, check out some of my absolute favourites – I made a mini-collection with my digital camera and you can see them reproduced in the right column; it’s legal, by the way, as long as you don’t use a flash.

For me, as a photographer, so many of these compositions leave me breathless; they are scenes you can only dream of: orgies, crucifixions, naked angels, sensual portraits, muscular men with cashew nut penises (Luba's words); it’s like being inside a fantasy, you feel as if you are actually walking in an erotic palace with the walls still vibrating from ecstatic times past. The Louvre is like extended foreplay and I loved every second of it...till we drew closer to the jewel in the crown: The Mona Lisa.

The crowd was getting bigger, the security guards were shouting, some guys were so anxious they were acting like it was a football match. Over the last fifty metres, before we even got a glimpse of the painting, we were funnelled like cattle between ropes, screamed at by more security men and, finally, she was there, dimly lit behind triple-thick glass, the poor girl hanging around like her date hadn’t turned up. I don’t know about that famous enigmatic smile, but the Mona Lisa to me just looks uncomfortable and has, dare I say it, not so much a smile but a silly grin. Talk about an anticlimax! What has made her a world icon I have no clue. Clever PR, if you ask me. So, my advice is: you drop the chick with the grin and go for the hot naked women instead.

Bye for now. Petter, Luba and The Louvre

Action + consumption =

Sunday was a day of contrasts – and just as it is the subtle shades of contrast that make a good photograph, it is the contrasts that make memorable days.

Luba was up early, showered and shiny clean in her most conservative outfit (which is still seriously sexy), and went to celebrate the Resurrection at the sumptuous Russian Orthodox Church built in Paris exactly seventy years ago. She came home with her "baska" cake, her eyes glowing and her Easter eggs blessed by the Priest. “He had already kissed hundreds of people, and was so surprised when he kissed me three times on my cheeks.” Really!

In the meantime, I was preparing my first major shoot with Henrietta, the archetypal Hegre Girl. She had done some modelling in Hungary, but knew if she were going to make a career, she would have to wave goodbye to Budapest and get the night train to Paris. It was a good job she did! With that natural blend of sweetness and inexperience, she is already on the fast track, as you can see from the sneak preview: eyes right.

Henrietta has a way of touching your emotions, as I’m sure you “archivists” will agree when she starts making her appearance on the update pages this summer. After the five-hour session with Henrietta, Luba and I got ready for Paris after dark. We had been invited by one Carl De Canada to join his 400+ guests at a party in the subterranean depths of an old hotel once owned by the late George Bizet, composer of the opera Carmen, and with the music revved up, the champagne flowing, and the gorgeous crowd dedicated to hedonism and excess, Luba and I are just a little "reduced" today. Action + consumption = our appointment with Dahmane had to be postponed to late this evening…I am ashamed. It is so unprofessional!

A beautiful friendship

A beautiful friendship

At home in Norway, I have always felt the need to defend my work. That's why it's so liberating to be in Paris and mix with people who do not condemn but, on the contrary, appreciate what I'm trying to achieve as a photographer. In Paris, art is in the air you breathe, in the architecture, in the sullen sexy walk of every girl on the Champs Elysee. The Tower d'Eiffel rises over the city like a magnificent phallus about to shoot into the universe. Paris is for making love…

…enough, already!

After a momentary blip yesterday morning, today Luba and I made it to our appointment with the one-and-only Dahmane. This man is a legend, a guru, a shining light in the photographic darkness. His two books, Porn Art 1 and Porn Art 2 , are erotic bibles, and I'm awed having my own couple of volumes up there on the shelf beside them.

The French have a reputation for coldness, at least that's what my English friends tell me, but my experience in Paris has been the reverse. With enormous hospitality, Dahmane opened his colourful and imaginative home, and it was a fantastic feeling to communicate with a person who shares an understanding and has the same respect for our work and visions. We got to see some of his new projects and I came away convinced that this…“was the beginning of,” – as Humphrey Bogart tells the police chief at the end of Casablanca . Dahmane's haunting black and white shots remind me of the movie and I'm going to have to see it again. faire l'amour

Let the Sun Shine In

Let the Sun Shine In

Just as a ghost is something everyone talks about but you never quite get to see one, spring in Paris has been like that until now. Finally! The sun is out. The sky is blue. The cafés are opening their big doors to the streets at night and you can see more smiles around you.

The last 3 days I have spent 16h/day glued to the monitor screen on my Apple Mac and it’s a big test of patience when outside the skirts are getting shorter and the girls more beautiful. It’s weird, but true. The sun does that. It makes people smile and when French girls smile it lifts the spirits. It’s good for the economy. Well, that’s my opinion.

I am working on the final selection of images for my next book "100 Naked Girls," while text editor Clifford Thurlow writes a Foreword that really explains the theory behind the new nude revolution. Naturally, it takes time to go through my archives of over 100,000 images in search of the best ones to fit into the concept of the book. Yesterday I started making my selection from my Women of Warsaw project, and looked back on my trip to Poland with real nostalgia. You can get a sneak preview on the right. Now the weekend’s here and it’s time to party. Stay tuned for the latest updates.

City Girls

City Girls

I hate to admit it, but after only two weeks, Luba and I are really beginning to appreciate the benefits and possibilities of living in a big city. You have to take the beat, check the pulse, feel the rhythms and learn how to navigate through the subtleties and nuances that Paris has on offer. We've only just started scratching the surface but we just want to keep digging until we find the seam of gold down below!

We've met plenty of crazy surreal people, but there's another Paris that takes itself seriously. The upper-class Parisian is prudent and conservative. These guys act as if they are more important then they really are and appear to be thinking back to the old glory days before the guillotine! And, hey, guys watch out: maybe they'll bring it back for a repeat performance.

I would say that London and New York are more state of the art, really happening places, although what Paris lacks in contemporary high-end culture it sure makes up for it in romanticism!!! There is no doubt that the city is still, at heart, hot blooded, and it is in this heady rush where Luba and I are living. Snobs or no snobs, there's no one who can take that away from us.

Over the weekend, we totally freaked out the cashiers at the Gallery Lafayette by using the changing rooms as a stage set. The secret eye of my camera found its way through every small opening to bring in the voyeuristic reviews zipped up there on the right. Go see!

Friday night, we gorged ourselves on seafood right next to the ancient Bastille at one of the oldest brasseries in the city, and on Saturday, under a sky pricked by a billion stars, we headed for Saint Germain to Conran's Alacazar, with its delicious 70s porn art photos decorating the walls – so inspiring for the taste buds. more to come.

Illustrated Lady

Illustrated Lady

Today was the big day. Lza Steyaert, the ex-Gaultier supermodel and mannequin de choix of the top photographers and designers in the world blazed into the atelier and we got down to some serious camera work.

Lza has one leg on and one leg off the crazy carousel of the fashion industry and has opened her own tattoo studio close by in the 11th. Her body is a canvas for her gallery of tattoos, and with two other girls, she is illustrating esoteric symbols and performing scarifications (that's scarring the body with exotic designs) on people with refined subculture tastes.

Back in her other manifestation, Lza is a model, 23, carved like an Indian goddess, a lady with secrets about to be revealed. What a night. What a session. Some shoots just turn out to be instant legends and this one will go down in the history books. Lza's presence is gigantic, incredible, her posing and her understanding of the craft at the highest level. That's what you expect. But it's not always what you get. Lza Steyaert is a professional, 100%.

Luba filmed while I photographed and what we have on tape is what no one has ever documented before: for the first time in her career, we have a totally naked Lza Steyaert in settings you have never seen before. With her little dog Pepette by her side as her mascot, she exposed her most private and never before seen tattoos. Thank you Lza for inviting and me into your most intimate places.

We are privileged. Petter

Papa Petter

Papa Petter

With my kids in from Norway, Luba and I scratched our heads and decided there was only one place to go: Disneyland. Shame on you America! How dare you export such artificial values to Europe. And shame on you France for allowing this kind of Americanisation in your ancient, elegant country. I know it is all aimed at a younger audience and my children enjoyed it, but this is a false world, a phoney and very materialistic fantasy.

All respect Mr Disney, I am sure these consumer parks were never your intention when you created historic and fantastic figures like Mickey and Co. I love spending time with my children; they adore Luba and it's important that families do things together - tomorrow we'll go to the park, or the museum, or an art workshop for children. Something real. Something French.

What put me in a much better mood was seeing the contact sheets from Didier Carre after his session with Luba. Wow! I've got a new wife in black & white and she's just gorgeous.

Have a nice weekend everyone. Papa Petter

Seeing the Sights

Seeing the Sights

After a false start at DireDisney, the weekend was dedicated to culture and history: been there, done that, took the kids (and spent a fortune) stuff.

It was a great pleasure to linger in the underground passageways of the famous Catacombs and see the 6 million skulls neatly placed in ever-changing patterns. Without seeming ghoulish, all that walking is good for the appetite!

We dined (not forgetting a full-bodied glass of Nuits-St-Georges) at the famous brasseries, stood like ants beneath the gigantic Eiffel Tower, got a bird's eye view of Paris from Sacre Coeur and toured Notre Dame (where the diminutive nun standing at the door with a collection plate was the same little black and white figure I saw standing there three years ago). We walked rue Rivoli, cruised the Bastille... and then I made a short film of Luba showering :) See for yourself.

Are You A Hegre Girl?

Are You A Hegre Girl?

Casting and searching for models is an essential part of a photographer's job and has become virtually a daily enterprise this springtime. It is time consuming, hard work, but always interesting. You never know who is going to show up for a casting, that's why it's fun, and I make it a rule not to show images of girls I don't choose to work with. But, hey, what are rules for, to be broken, right?

The first audition today was with an ex-hustler would-be model – her words – who turns up out of the blue, drops her top and displays her minor attributes. Then, like a journey from yin to yang, in strolls a Brazilian guy carved like a god. He drops his pants, Luba gasps, wide-eyed with astonishment (at least, I think it's astonishment) and displays a major appendage. He wants to be a Hegre Girl…sorry, Hegre Model, but we just don't do the male thing. Did the ex-hustler and Brazilian superman mind if we put them in the Diary anyway? No. They're cool.

And so, the eternal search continues.

If you're a Hegre Girl, or you know anyone who qualifies, get in touch with me at Hegre-Art. We're based in Paris right now, but for girls with the curves, the spirit and that indescribable something, we will arrange a round trip flight to the French capital, a few nights in a hotel, and we will extend all the professional courtesy a Hegre Girl deserves. We shoot for two long days and pay a model fee and a generous finder's fee. Hegre Girls have gone on to have careers as full-time models in the fashion world, and the movies.

After all the excitement of the auditions, I couldn't resist making a little film clip of Luba doing her nude hand-standing-bedtime-gymnastics. I have watched her do this almost daily for three years, and still, every time, it makes my pulse race faster.

May Day

May Day

Today is May 1st: Labour Day – and Paris seems too quiet for a day such as this. I mean, didn't the Revolution start here? I guess it's losing its meaning in the western world and the enthusiasm is not the same as it was back in the good old days when a worker was a worker and industrial bosses ruled the business world. Now, everyone's a worker and everyone's an entrepreneur! Just ask George Bush.

At least Elina is doing her bit to spread the word of the Workers. You can join her in sending a May 1st greeting at the hegre-art.com ecard page and remember Liberty, Fraternity, Equality.

Luba and I decided to take the May Day celebrations seriously by starting in the wee hours at hot night club Regine's in the company of Norway's Paris-based multi-artist Pia Myrvold and Carl "The Man" de Canada, who invited us to his grand underground party when we first got to Paris.

Pia is a successful clothing designer and painter, another Viking from my home town Stavanger. She is also a great dancer and spent the whole night whooping it up with Luba, while Carl joined me in recruiting models in the club's VIP lounge by showing them images from my Y-project, a collection of close ups of shaved pussies. See the whole night in images in the right column.

I also "accidentally" made a few upskirt photos in the club, and it was not a surprise to see that panties are excess to requirements. This is Paris, after all. Tonight we are going to French photographer Dahmane's "Celebration of My Divorce Party." Ex-wife not invited, which seems a pity!

Have a parading May 1st. Pierre

Parting is Such Sweet Sorrow

Parting is Such Sweet Sorrow

Luba and her BIG RED suitcase are winging their way to Kiev where the family is gathering to celebrate her mother's half century. Luba's twin sister, Nadya, will be arriving from California, and that's always emotional because twins miss each other in the same way that we would miss our reflection if we looked in the mirror and it wasn't there.

Of course, Luba has packed her camera and all her model friends will be slipping into something more comfortable, like the altogether, when they get together and party. I'm not sure why girls get quite so abandoned when they're with each other – so look out for some sneak previews as soon as she has made her first exposures and let me know.

This means I will be alone in the City of Light for two weeks and so that I don't miss Luba too much, I will busy shooting up a storm. I have a marvellous Brazilian girl set up for Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and a new model again Monday. It's all work, work, work.

Except last night, when Luba and I were embraced in the pleasure of Pia Myrvold´s apartment in the fashionable 3rd district. It was to be a gorgeous night of the senses: French champagne, delectable home cooking, and a journey through Pia's unpublished art in progress. Check out today's photos for a taste of the graphic world Pia is laying down on paper, canvas and fabric. We are planning a collaboration for her next book: Luba in Pia´s creations with me behind the shutter. If the result isn't one sexy, sensuous thing, I'll hang up my camera and become a Trappist monk.

There's also a few highlights from Dahmane´s "celebration of my divorce" party at the weekend. Thanks for inviting us to your warm bohemian home – that liquor table would make any hard core alcoholic believe he had entered inebriate heaven.

Burp. Petter

The Long Winding Stairs

The Long Winding Stairs

Paris is not the same without Luba. She is my lucky angel, but at least when she's not here I know she is having a great time back home in Kiev. Today is her mother's 50th birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY Vera!

I was thinking of getting her Picasso's Rose Period portrait Boy With A Pipe, but when the price went up to $104 million at Sotheby's in New York, I thought, oh well, maybe another time, and sent Vera some flowers instead. Artists always make more money dead than alive, which is a bit worrying.

Me, what have I been doing when I'm not leafing through the newspapers? Yesterday I was evaluating tits and ass in our little artsy loft with room 6 on the door and a glass ceiling that must have the best view of the rain clouds in the city. The girls are always a little afraid when they enter after climbing the steep wooden staircase to the 5th floor, but I try to put them at their ease by telling them to slip out off their clothes. I shoot a couple of Polaroids, then send them home again – you see the photos from today's shoot.

One girl who turned out to be interesting had a background in ballet and gymnastics, and is now a fitness freak. Today a Brazilian model starts a session that will last two or three days. I never know what to expect, but being the eternal optimist, I can just hope it will be something nice!

Stay tuned…Petter

Feel the Heat

Feel the Heat

Samba has arrived in the 11th arrondissement. After corresponding with Tatiane by email for a long time, she finally packed her clothes and took the red eye to Paris. It is always a risk flying in models from long distances based only on photos...but when it works it's like that first sip of champagne: pure magic.

Tatiane at eighteen is already an experienced model. She has worked for several photographers in Europe, but has never allowed those shutter bugs the privilege of capturing her smile. Tatiane doesn't do smiling. Period. In fact, to begin with, she wouldn't allow me the chance to see her beauty in all its glorious nakedness below the big towel she was wrapped in. I was thinking, back to the drawing board: this girl is too shy to be a nude model.

I did a few test shots, the blue towel began to slip and slide over her curves, and slowly, slowly she started to warm into the "game" until she was giving it 100%. Wow. This girl is hot, this girl is tropical: playing the saint and a sinner, the good girl and the bad girl, pouting and strutting her stuff. When I got out the dvcam, Tatiane displayed her impressive acting talent in supersexy poses only known in Brazil and put on a totally abandoned and sensuous performance.

This girl who never smiles for the camera just couldn't stop smiling and I took that as a real compliment – and don't take my word for it: check out some samples from today's session in the right column. We'll be seeing a lot more of Temptress Tatiane in the future, that I promise you.

Provocative and Existential

Provocative and Existential

Yesterday was a playful photographic day. I woke up in the mood to create a weird, funny, sexy series with my nude Brazilian model Tatiane and she went for it like a wild child of the jungle: a simple grey backdrop and some funky props – see the prop table right and you'll get the picture.

The plan was to shoot outdoors but the shitty Parisian weather forced us back under the glass roof in the studio. Erotic photography is not only about big wet Bambi eyes staring into the camera in a shy timid posture; it is also crazy, creative and provocative; it's humorous and existential. I hope today's sample photos will not only turn you on but also amuse you and put a big smile on your face.

After a long day shooting, it was a treat to join Pia Myrvold for a night on the town. I dropped Tatiane at her hotel to catch up on her beauty sleep before collecting Pia, who looked très elegant in one of her own stylish creations.

We headed for the Hotel Ritz for the legendary orchid ginger champagne cocktail at Bar Hemingway – the place where Lady Diana had her last drink before the tragic car accident that ended her life. A lot of celebrities have rested their weary bones at Bar Hemingway over the decades and is still rated one of the top hot spots in town. If you want to walk in Hemingway's footsteps and hang out at the Ritz, maybe spend a night in the same bed where Lady Diana slept, there is a special offer from May 1st - August 31st: for $1.400 for two people for one night; additional night $650.

After getting the orchid out of my nose, we strolled three minutes around the corner from the Ritz to find the table we had reserved waiting for us at the opulent restaurant at Hotel Costes. During the fashion shows, the hotel is a living Oscars of fashion hungry celebs wanting a piece of the action. It is also the perfect place to see and be seen, not that I had anything in mind other than the menu. I was famished after the long shoot with Tatiane. With tuna tartar, grilled scallops and a bottle of cooled Chablis in my stomach I fell a sleep with a smile on my face...wishing I had Luba in my arms.

Kiss Kiss Luba. Petter.

Spreading Those Legs

Spreading Those Legs

After a long weekend of shutter-snapping-samba with sun-kissed Tatiane, the Monday morning blues made it hard to get motivated for a new session with Suzana from Prague as the new week began.

After six hours shooting I called it a day and had her agent pick her up two hours before the booking was over. I was low energy and so fed up with the freezing Parisian weather preventing me from shooting some weird and wacky nudes in public, which had been the plan. Again.

It was fortunate that Suzana was into it and let go with some sexy outrageous poses that show this stunning 22 year old from the Czech capital isn't shy and spread those legs like I have seen few girls do before. Is she a dancer? You bet she is. We got into a deeply carnal stripping movie with Suzana getting all excited as she oozed her way out of the German national soccer team kit: a collectors item for all those German soccer heads I may well auction at Sothebys one of these days.

Today the sun is shining again and the prognosis for some outdoor shooting at the end of the week is bright. A hot 18 year old Polish model is on her way to Paris for a 3 day shoot so finally I might get a taste of bare flesh al fresco!

Luba and her twin sister Nadya have gone to visit their babushkas in the Ukrainian countryside for a few days' work on their tan. I can just picture them laying around topless in the apple garden surrounded by fields of corn and sunflowers with roosters screaming for their attention. Kykk-e-li-kyyyy!!!! (That's what a Norwegian rooster sounds like). Wish you were there? I do, with my camera!

White Knee Socks

White Knee Socks

After my "Women of Warsaw" project last year, I had great expectations and the usual moment of anxiety when I went to meet Elisabeth, my latest discovery comfortably lodged at the regular "Model Hotel".

She had flown in from a village in Poland to work with me for a few days and, like Tatiane, I really had no idea what to expect. You pay the model fee, the air tickets, the hotel room – and there is no guarantee that it's going to work out…

I relaxed immediately the door opened. Elisabeth is the perfect angel, a tall, slender 18 year old with curves in the right places – blow up those photos on the right - and she looked so adorable in the white knee socks she'd travelled in I insisted she keep them on.

The first words she said to me.. even before a polite hello was: "Can I see Eiffel Tower?" With a been there and done that feeling running through my head I told her we would have to wait and see. But it was like an echo in the room: "Can I see Eiffel Tower ?", "Can I see Eiffel Tower ?", "Can I see Eiffel Tower?", "Can I see Eiffel Tower?" Okay. Okay, I promised, first we shoot some pictures in those knee socks, then we go to La Tour Eiffel.

Elisabeth was so happy when we got there she flashed her breasts with the tower in the background (like no one has ever done that before :-) Anyway, if you have not seen a pair of tits in front of La Tour Eiffel, now you have the chance.

Till tomorrow. Petter the Tour Guide

Nude Ballet

Nude Ballet

Yesterday was a memorable and busy day. Starting out early, we headed for one of the many dancing schools situated around the Bastille and Pompidou districts for a rendezvous arranged by Lionel, a long time Hegre-Archives member.

The location was better than my wildest dreams and the long term plan I've nurtured to shoot a naked ballerina by the bar was finally realized. Lionel has a precise and steady hand (astonishingly with Elisabeth on her points) and the film he captured in the movie camera is destined to become a collector's piece.

After the session it was natural to have lunch at the Café Beaubourg, where the art, architecture and design crowd meet to exchange opinions as only French intellectuals do, and after all that culture I thought it was time to get back down to earth at "Phylea" - one of the classiest fetish shops in Paris, a neat little treasure trove of Pret à Porter Lingerie, Victorian corsets and a whip or two. If you're going to a special party or you're just in a playful mood, this is the place to find the accessories.

After dealing with the owner of the place, we got to film some scenes with Elisabeth sliding into some rubbery creations, maybe a bit intimidating for our sweet little 18 year old because she looks more scared then sexy in the film... Check out the clips to the right…although I can't wait to bring Luba here and let her indulge herself in some of these provocative outfits.

The day still being young we headed for Père Lachaise, the most famous cemetery in Paris and now the home of Molière and Jim Morrison, both of whom would have enjoyed the session, I'm sure. The graveyard turned out to be teeming with live people, and as Elisabeth didn't feel comfortable among all the dead people, we returned to my loft and ended the day with Elisabeth in the tub and then relaxing on the big bed... all while my camera was busily clicking, clicking, clicking…

…over and out… Petter

First of all CONGRATULATIONS Ukraine for winning the Eurovision Song Contest last night. Luba called from Kiev to make sure I knew that the Ukraine had won and Norway came last. At least we did better than the traditional nil point. I imagine the capital was rocking till the early hours and the politicians were brushing up their feathers.

It may sound like an unimportant award, but for a country like Ukraine it can really make a difference. I was in Riga in 2002 the night Latvia won their first contest, and just two weeks ago, on May 1st, they became full members of the EU. I'm not saying winning the Eurovision Song Contest caused it, but winning the event and then automatically hosting the show the following year is free promotion worth millions.

I hope the Ukraine will get just as much benefit from this prestigious award. Now the country has the chance to show the world that the people can organize and arrange an international event without corruption and mafia involvement. There will be lots of opportunities to make quick money, but PLEASE do not fall into temptations dear Eurovision committee: do it fair and square and prove to the world that Ex-Soviet Ukraine is moving West.

Yesterday was my last day with Elisabeth from Poland. She left early this morning, satisfied to have spent a few days in Paris, but also happy to be going home to see her boyfriend. It can't be easy travelling abroad for the first time at the tender age of eighteen and ending up in the "claws" of photographer Petter Hegre in Paris :-)

Thanks to two Hegre-Archives members, I have been able to work at some fantastic locations lately. On Friday it was Lionel who took me to the dancing school, and yesterday I headed off with Carl De Canada to an impressive castle surrounded by parkland. Going deeper and deeper into the woods to avoid the Sunday walkers, we finally found a magic spot and captured some beautiful moments with Elisabeth dappled in sunlight and surrounded by greenery.

The first time I met Carl, I thought: wow, he reminds me of a Norwegian Troll – and with a naked angel in white knee socks running through the forest and an ogre with nothing better to do, I had all the elements for the perfect scenario: "Norwegian Troll Kidnapping Polish Girl". Who needs the Cannes Film Festival – check out the hilarious clips to the right.

Darkness was creeping over the horizon as we wrapped in Elisabeth's little hotel room. The blue tiles on the bathroom wall made the perfect background for some soft sunset lit nudes and we ended the session with some sleepy shots from her bed. Enjoy the sneak previews.

This is the last Paris diary for a week. Tomorrow, I am heading back to Portugal to spend some time with my family. I also have to start preparing and scheduling updates with my new Paris imagery. But stay tuned, on May 25 Luba and I are back in the City of Lights to take you into a hot June in Paris.

And to my Norwegian surfers, HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Tomorrow on May 17th it is our Norwegian Independence day and the streets will be filled with parades, waving flags and kids eating ice cream. There will probably be a few Trolls as well, so take care and have fun!

Back in Paris

Back in Paris

I'm back in Paris…and back in business. I had hardly unpacked my computers and cameras before the first model came knocking on my door. Lights. Cameras. Action. The contrast between my hidden orange grove in Portugal and the crowded and pulsating streets of Paris is like two different planets, but the combination is very stimulating and both are appealing to me in their own way.

The model knocking on my door yesterday was Veronike from Prague, another pretty Czech girl who has made it to Paris to work as a model. With her calmness and natural sensuality, she is the perfect girl next door, the farm girl with her full rounded figure and big earthy smile. And Veronike didn't mind playing my little games: eating a watermelon with the juice dripping lasciviously over her flowing curves, or "accidently" putting on her strings back to front, or finding totally weird positions on top of the washing machine. A fun shoot with a confident and fun model.

Till next time. Petter

Welcome my Little Hot One

Welcome my Little Hot One

Aaahhhh!!!! My dear Luba is finally back in Paris! It's so good to have your wonderful spirit with me again, baby. June is right around the corner and I know it will be a hot one!!

During the weekend, I had a very special shoot with Alexia, the sexy blonde former French pop artist and dancer. She is a few years older then my usual models, but when she stripped off and displayed her toned body perfected during thousands of hours working out and dancing, I suggested we do a "day in the life" snapshot diary in her apartment. She thought about it for a moment and stuck out her hand: we had a deal.

I was a fly on the wall for a day and Alexia let me document her most intimate moments: check out some of the photos from her yellow kitchen and green toilet…she allowed me to capture her peeing, and then sang a Madonna song and one of her own songs lying naked in bed. As the camera rolled, I knew I had a scoop. Coming soon to a screen near you in the film section!!!!

Girls Are Different

Girls Are Different

When Luba goes back to see her family in Kiev she likes to spend as much time as she can with her old friends and it's natural when friends get together that they chat about what they've been doing.

As Luba is growing steadily more successful as an international model, the girls are intrigued by her life and sort of look up to her. "Take me. Take me. Take me," they say, posing like mannequins, running down their zips and popping open their buttons. Like Luba's old Viking husband – that's me, Luba never goes anywhere without her little camera.

Luba manages to get nude photographs of girls who would never normally do nudes, and some of her friends have even turned down lucrative offers to do so. But with girls it's different. It's a free and liberating and, Luba tells me, just fun, fun, fun. You've all heard of Hegre Girls – well, here's some Luba Girls from some recent sessions back in the Ukraine. And Luba: JOB VERY WELL DONE.

Instincts and Inspiration

Instincts and Inspiration

Dear surfers, It has been a while since my last diary entry for a whole bunch of reasons, but mainly because it has taken a long time to move into a new Paris loft and arrange all the gear. But it's done, and now we are back in business I hope the work that comes out of it is going to be better then ever!!!

Change is always inspirational and working in this new environment with Luba and Marketa doing their thing in the virgin sessions marks the beginning of a new era in the history of Hegre-Archives.com.

When we packed the car and drove from Portugal to Paris 10 weeks ago, Luba and I had no idea that we would become Parisians – like all good things, our photo expeditions have to come to an end, but this one seems to have no end... …so, come and check out the location with Marketa in 2 short movies + some every day sneak snaps of Luba + a preview of Luba in her chic stockings. I've been pleading with her to get into those striped stockings for a long time and she made the wait worthwhile.

I believe instinct is more important than intellect – Einstein, I'm told, said that a long time before me, and I feel lucky to have a well-tuned antenna, refined over time, to act on my instincts. It is, without getting too heavy, the way to seize your dreams, which I have tried to achieve for myself and the people who enjoy Hegre-Archives. Dreams and fantasies are the heart of our innermost longings and I think our longings can be realized if you follow your instincts.

Have a nice weekend, Petter

The Real Thing

The Real Thing

I often get asked why we don't have many American girls on Hegre-Archives. There are two reasons: I don't spend a lot of time there these days and, to be honest, I prefer to photograph the more innocent and unspoiled beauty I find on my travels in Europe.

That doesn't mean we don't receive proposals. We do. A lot. But for some reason, most of the Stateside models, especially those from California, have this Playboy look and fake tits. Until now!!!

Annette is a ballerina from Maryland. She sent me a sweet little collection of images and asked if she could pose for me because she wanted to have a record of her firm perfect dancer body. Four days later she was in Paris in one of the many classic dance studios performing naked in her point shoes and leg warmers. It was a pleasure to capture such perfection and flexibility in motion, Annette dancing like an angel and showing that America has finally joined the New Nude Revolution. Go, check it out my Yankee friends, now you've got something you can be proud of :-)

Petter's Paris

Dear "followers" of my Paris diary. This is my last input from the French capital for some time. In a few days, Luba and I are heading back to our orange groves in Portugal to embrace summer, or should I say be embraced by summer. We will spend some time with our families and finalize some exciting new projects that will be launched in the Autumn.

What could be a more incredible and beautiful way to end my "Paris in the Springtime" expedition than an intimate photo session with the nude superstars of the world wide web: Luba and Marketa together. Ukrainian and Czech beauty mixed and stirred like you have never seen before. What a cocktail!

It was a pleasure working with two such professional and natural models, and you can see from the images that they had a great time. It was playful, erotic, sensual and very intimate, as members can see from the sneak preview in the right column.

This trip did not quite go as expected. It was supposed to have been one of our regular photo journeys, though a little extended, but we actually ended up becoming Parisians and will be back at the end of the summer in our new Paris loft: an ideal combination of fresh breezes from the Atlantic ocean in the summer and hard core city perfume when the leaves begin to fall. I always make decisions quickly. Sometimes I regret them, but not often, and I have no regrets about living in Paris.

After 3 months in the City of Light it makes you dwell on certain issues. I am going to be honest, short and simple in my reflections.

1. It was an instant relief to find in Paris an artistic and romantic pulse. I was warmly welcomed by fellow artists and it is a great pleasure to have a base in a city where your work is appreciated and I do not have to defend my images and what I stand for. This is the city of artistry and love.
2. I believe Paris today is living - at least in part - on a myth... the myth of past-glamorous times, and the city has, in my opinion, for the moment lost the race against cities like London, Tokyo and New York when it comes to high end development and adapting to our time. But what Paris lacks in the state of the art thinking it compensates for with romanticism.
3. Paris has the best chocolateries in the world.
4. Paris has the worst taxi service in the world.
5. Paris offers unsurpassed fashion for women... too bad no one can add some sexiness to the street picture by wearing a short skirt or show some cleavage, because she will then be constantly grabbed and verbally attacked...oddly, not by the Parisian men, who do have an eye for a pretty girl, not by the tourists, be they conservative English or beer-swilling Germans (and Norwegians) but...how can I put this as I feel my blood racing from a mixture of embarrassment and anger, where are the right words? There are, and this is a truth, my friends, a lot of immigrants who make life an absolute misery for every pretty girl. And what I would like to say, as an ignorant Viking from the Northern fjords, is lay off, they don't like it, I don't like it. It does nothing for racial harmony or city harmony. Just be nice. Okay. I am a visitor in this country. YOU are a visitor in the country. This is one of the oldest civilizations in the world. Respect it. And people will respect YOU. That's the rant.
6. I was hoping to convince more French women to pose for my camera... is it my bad French or are French women more prudish than their reputation...? I guess the future will answer that question.

Thank you Paris for this episode in our life. It has been a great pleasure meeting you and we will be back to see you all dressed in winter clothes. So, dear reader, till then.

Have a nude summer.

Setting Out

Setting Out

Vikings from the beginning of time have sailed off in their longships to explore the lands in the south, and it was with that same old Norse energy that I set out the other way round from the south of Portugal to journey north to Paris.

We packed the car with computers, cameras, Luba's clothes, Luba's clothes and Luba's clothes..."I just don't have anything to wear," she says, and we drove through bucketing rain from the Algarve up into Spain. That night, we hit Biarritz with its faded elegance and wide boulevards, and the sun was lighting the streets of Paris when we arrived at our loft in the sexy 11th arrondissement late the following afternoon.

Paris is for lovers and we expect to love every second of the three months we plan to stay here on the Hegre-Archives quest for beauty and romance. First day we did the tourist thing at the Eiffel Tower, the Arc de Triomphe and the chic Champs Elysee. Take a look at those holiday snaps!

Luba and Nadya
Petter... It's so much fun to follow your travels from country to country. Paris is beautiful in the spring time. Hopefully you can make a trip to New York someday. There are many beautiful fashion models living here from all over the world. Speaking of beautiful... Luba and Nadya are the hottest sisters I've ever seen. Forget the Hilton Sisters... Luba and Nadya are the best. I found my own Ukrainian beauty recently. Her name is Irina... a 5'11" model from Kiev. I wish I could post her photo here or e-mail it to you. Yes, Ukraine has some very fine females.
HAPPY birthday
Here in Brazil I´m always looking for your pics in the NET. You are the best. Sergio
luba in paris
It's extraordinary, I have seen you, peter and the fabulous luba, when you have been just arrived in paris. You were in front of the parisian studio in the 11th. I leave avenue de la republique, that's why I was here. It was fabulous to see, in the reality, Luba. She is so beautiful, romantic, sexy of course and seems very sympathetic. have a good moments in paris. antoine
Boy/Girl Content
Will you be shooting boy/girl sets in your Paris trip.. That's what the web really needs.. a tasteful and erotic b/g sets in Hegre style ;-)

Paris

hummmm...Luba

H.B.
Luba you are the best. Happy Birthday to you!
luba
i want to wish Luba a happy birthday...Luba is probably the biggest reason I joined the site. I think she is possibally the most beautiful woman in the world. Petter is a very lucky man!!
Camera
NIKON generally makes excellant cameras...however,the recent images I guess were due to a faulty equipment, perhaps an isolated case made by Nikon....neither the Master nor his model to blame in any event...! ( Or the Camera was not in its right mood !) How about H 1 - 645 from Hasselblad ? Best Regards , AL
Ode to a Birthday Girl !
Spring shall be My Season , Lily is My Flower ; Life is a Romantic Journey , Thy Nude Angels My Companions ...!
Henrietta is cool !
Hi petter, glad to find you in paris, this new budapest chick Henrietta is beautiful.5 Stars for a great new model find ;)
Katrina
The recent Katrina photos are the most erotic yet and as for Luba and the Paris photos - tremendous erotic, exciting, sexy, artistic and horny!
Thanks for the reply, Petter...
I think I mistook the flash-induced shadow around that pic of Luba on the stairs as a clipping path. On second and third looks, I see that my eyes fooled me. Of course, I would never think you would retouch Luba's beauty, just put her into a different context. May your stay in Paris continue to be exciting. -Al
Happy Birthday
First the first, Happy Birthday Luba, wish fulfillment on the real world. Something better than 23?, To have the opportunity to write you down happy 24. I am over exited with the idea, to see you on photos from D. Carrier and Dahmane, both are in my list of “10 greatest erotic photographers”. P and L enjoy Paris at maximum, she is unique in the world, go to “Le Coupole and enjoy an Onion soup” like Marlon Brando and his girl friend in, El Ultimo Tango en Paris and then please send me a picture of you both in it. Close to Montparnase is Le Café de le Artiste, a bohemian restaurante and Le Mule Folie to eat Mules a la diable with white wine and spend the rest of the night making LOVE. All the best for you both.
Good Work
Hello Petters Been following ur works at various places ... ur are doing a great job. UR aesthetic sense has no boundries and is amazing. Falling short of words... Regards
Happy models :-)
Hi Petter! I hope you and Luba are enjoying Paris; it looks like you're having a grand time. And if I may be so bold, tell her I said Happy Birthday. I'm a big fan of your work, particularly the images where the women really show how much they enjoy working with you. Most especially, when they smile, and not just a fake "model" smile, but real, ear-to-ear grins, like they're laughing their heads off. I was wondering, what sort of things do you say to a model like Katarina to make her laugh so hard? How do you get a naked woman in a studio under bright lights, showing all that God gave her, into a frame of mind where she can let loose like that? I think that's what most draws me to your work: it breaks free of the stereotype of the solemn, sulky look that seems to pervade the work of so many erotic photographers. Anyway, just some random thoughts. Have fun, and keep up the great work.
please
please, why don't come to mexico, i'm realy sure you fall in love of mexico..... happy birthday luba !!
What are you doing this sunday night?
Hello Petter, My name is Carl and I'm having a party in Paris sunday night, april 11th. The party is a 400+ people party called BACK TO THE ROOTS and it's an underground party in a nice former private hotel owned by the late George Bizet who composed the Carmen opera. I'd love to have you and Luba as my guests, as I'm one of your subscribers (1year subscription). I would also take the opportunity to give you some pointers about your stay in Paris, and perhaps, be your personal guide about, driver, assistant, or whatever. You must drop me a ring before so I can arrange a table for you and Luba.
paris
Love the Hegre website, and the recent reports on Paris. Cheers and happiness to you and the birthday girl Luba.
SOME ANSWERS FROM PETTER
1. someone asked if the photo "HAPPY BIRTHDAY" is a composite. I am not quite sure what you mean about a composite, but I assume you are asking if it it was manipulated. the answer is NO! what you see is real. 2. I have had some negative reactions on the technical quality of the ongoing "Katarina week series", and my dear observant members you are absolutely right. I was given the new Nikon D2H for testing and in my eyes it totally failed. I usually do not comment on tech stuff, but here I have to state my honest opinion. I will never use this camera again. Otherwise Paris is great and much more is coming for you who stay around.
Luba
happy belated birthday! I hope you had a great day! Thanks for this interesting travel report, this seems to be really awesome; Luba and Paris, yeah!
Camera Quality & Happy Birthday Luba
I must admit that you've got a great camera, the result is great but I didn't like the pictures of Katarina, the picture compression or quality is not good. Anyway Happy Birthday Luba, I'm your big fan ;)
luba
Hi Petter, The last pictures from Luba were fantastic! (I think it is not only because of your new camera!!) But you have to take care of showing your beautifull Luba on the net! I think many visitors become jalous because of Luba! Best regards, B.
Your travel reports are one of my favorite features of site
Petter & Luba- Fun to see your pix and travelog of Paris. That one image of Luba ("Happy Birthday") is a composite, no? First time I've noticed that on your site. Is there a reason why you did that? I especially appreciated your very accurate insight that turning women's heads matters more than turning men's. Have the best time. My wife and I honeymooned in Paris many years ago. Ate many times at Au Pied du Cochon, great oysters and classic brasserie fare. Also, be sure to check out the less-trafficed Orangerie, Rodin, and Picasso museums. Oh, and Happy Belated Birthday Luba! You are a beautiful and inspiriing muse. Best regards, Al

I am really very happy that Peter met Didier CARRE, my preferred French photographer.I am also subscribed with his site. It does to him also a marvellous work. I do not doubt that LUBA will be marvellous on the film of Didier. My the best hello in Peter. Simon.
Greetings..
Hello Greetings from Veracruz Mexico Mr. Hegre. First i have to say that i respect a lot your work, you have a greate vision and your models are the prototype of perfection that i have, and my question is, What kind of equipment you use and where i can find it? Thank you Sir Javier Vivas C.
Alexia
Alexia is absolutely stunning!!! WOW! This is by far the best photo shoot you have on your site. You must arrange to do more sessions with her. PLEEEEASE.
great
I think I've got the wrong job. Do you need an assistent? :) regards from germany! (never been here?)
missing paris luba movies
Hi Petter & Luba, What happend to the parismovie2 and 3? They where very short on your paris pages and then they disapeared... One was of Luba doing an very acrobatic handstand and the other of here soaping up. ps When are you going to Iceland to shoot some beaty over there?
missing movies
marcer, the paris diary is split into 2 pages. the movies you are referring to are on page 2. you will find the link to page 2 at the top of this page. petter
Thank you
Your lifes work is truly enjoyable and I can confidently say, an inspiration to many, many, photographers.
more smiles!
hi petter & luba! oh petter you are one lucky man, to be so blessed as to have luba by your side, i can truly only imagine = ) my question/request is this, assuming you really do actually read these things: is there any possible way to inspire your beautiful lady friends to smile a little more, imparticualr luba....? don't get me wrong, luba in my eyes is the most beautiful woman you have within the archives, however she tends to carry one look on her face in many of her photos. in my opinion the photos in which she is smiling are some of the most revealing and sexy pictures i have seen of her. she is such a unique beauty, it should be shown to the fullest... but what do i know? i'm probably just a big jerk! i love your work, and please send a genuine and big thank you to all the ladies - they are AMAZING! sincerely, one of your biggest fans b. leclair
report about luba
That womam is the best womam I kowm in the net. If I had financial condiction I would like to buy all pics that. I would like to go to russian to met her. I would like to know her and invite her to have lunc with me. I know she is married but I would ask to her husnband one time to adimire her. I would like to touch her without clothes and make a lot of pics nudes with her. One big kiss luba. I love you Sergio
till then!
I don't know what is more pretty, the girls or the kitchen! Thanks Petter and Luba for this awesome report; I have really enjoyed every line and every shoot.
loft life
i love seeing the models walk around the loft nude during a break; seeing Luba with a friend being so relaxed is wonderful; i really think the models love being nude and just hanging out
June 23 report
Yeah Another "special" shoot like I like it : not the usual stuff, this is what makes Petter Hegre that unique photographer. Will have a "nice" summer Thanks
To Kyle
Yep, I know what do you mean. I started loving this site when I realized that I could share the Petter's photos with my wife and she didn't feel bad about them. ; )
8-Apr
I just want to say that this site is something else. I Just read April 8, and would like to say happy birthday! I haven't subscribed yet, I'm simply reading and searching. I do not like hard core porn, but rather, beauty. I am happily married with a beautiful wife..and we both are starting to like what we see! You may just get a new account yet!
Alexia & "special" shoot
Can't wait you put that shoot online. What I like most, is when those shoot got something "special" or should I say "non conventional". This is just my opinion but I find you are at your best at these moments, when the model or the situation/context is different. And when you do more "standard shoot" (ie young and very beautifull model posing in studio) it's still high level that makes that site one of the very best. To date my fave pics are still the "surprise" ones (both with Luba, one from the book the other from Paris report), those taken precisely at the moment you are not supposed to do. It's "hi look at me" and click, before the model has time to take the pose or realise what happen. The expression then is just fresh, spontaneous, fascinating.
What it takes...
Dear fellow countryman. You are asking what it takes to do what I am doing. What can I say... it for sure does not happen overnight and one need a loyal and talented staff and most of all a beautiful, smart and supportive wife. A camera, a vision and a high libido also helps :-)
What does it takes....
...to shoot all these beautiful ladies? Is it because u are a Norwegian? Is it because u are a good photographer? Are u working for God or something? Is it heaven among all thes girls? How do u do it?
Arnaud.

Hello dear friends:
Hello dear friends: I am a very happy member of hegre-archives.com. First of all I wish to thank all of you.....Petter...Luba...and all of the staff who work very hard making this wonderful work of art...I mean website. :) In my heart I have always wanted to live a life of giving to others something wonderful to those who admire beauty of sweet ladies. By sweet ladies I mean those who will give something special to to others, those who will allow others to see their special wonder, that unique part of themselves that gives a thrill/special moment/awe to someone else. A unique work of art. Any human being can create a work of art simply because we are each a singular unique work of art by nature.   And this brings me to my point...The perfect life. Petter and Luba. You are living the perfect life. You are making a living by giving to others something special. I can see in the photos that you are in love. This is very special, very much. You have wonderful people working for you, they do a great job...consider the situation in Dubai! LOL Give them all an increase in pay for that! :) But really your lives must be great doing what you do. The perfect model Luba....and her husband....The greatest artist on the earth....and all giving their work to others who enjoy it all so much. You get to travel the world. You get to take photos of the most beautiful people on the world. The perfect life.....yes it is!! I just hope that you all are so happy that you are outside yourselves and will forever remain with a smile upon your faces. :) Anyway, whatever you all do in the future will be great. I support you and I love you and your sweet work of art in the world. Thank you very much for giving your inspiration and talent to the world.  Have a great day!!!
your web site have had such an uplifting effect upon me.
Dear Peter,<br> Having found your web site by accident, the story of how you fell in love with your beautiful wife Luba; was   a  profoundly emotional one  for me.If I maybe allowed to tell you a little about myself; perhaps you will understand the reason why it ,and your web site, have had such an uplifting effect upon me.  ? <br><br> My first marriage ,which was to the sister of an old school friend; ended by her running off with her boss.We had no children, so I picked up the pieces;and got on with my life.I had a few very special ladies in my circle of friends; every one of which was treated with kindness courtesy and consideration. However ; as they all had had similar things happen to them as I had; it was  decided that perhaps we should leave our future to fate;and so it was. <br><br>At a time when I thought luck was with me;fate did indeed take me by the hand; but this was  on a journey, that I can only describe as &#39;&#39;a nightmare of Titanic proportions&#39;&#39;.I am a very quiet and modest sort of a man, so rather than write about what happened to me;I will let the enclosed attachment tell you.All I will say is that since this  was written, my facial plastic surgery operations are now around 30; and my looks have been transformed This to the point where very few people now ever notice.I tell people that I can now pass a field full of horses; without frightening them.Adding&#39;&#39; well not too many&#39;&#39; (Ha). Yes despite what has happened , I still have a sense of humour;and having been given 6 months to live in 1989; I tell people that despite some  health problems; this is a 100% improvement on what the alternative was going to be.(Ha) . <br><br>What hurts me the most, is that when I was struck down with facial cancer (I have never smoked ) all of the ladies in my life ran away from me; as though I had been transformed in to some sort of a monster. What this did to my sex life,I will leave you to guess. All I will say is that had it not have been for the Adult Industry and its Video and DVD products;I would have killed myself long ago. <br><br>Sadly; I am now too old .to expect a stunningly beautiful lady to come to my rescue in person.I thought this had happened once; as the enclosed story will tell. When on a holiday in  the Philippines ; (prior to one major plastic surgery operation) I met a wonderful girl ,who appeared to like me the man; rather than the man she could see. Thanks to working for almost 20 years with British Airways ( where by the way; I think my cancer came from).(This through the use of my ground engineers head set throat mic. But as they say &#39;&#39;another story&#39;&#39; ) I was able to return to the Philippines a number of times;and after about 4 years we were married. After major difficulties with immigration and the like, she; some  30 months  after our marriage; arrived here in England. Once here it immediately became  obvious to me ,that she had used me to get here.I will not say more on this, other than what happened some 5 weeks after her arrival, was something that never in your or my  wildest nightmare dreams , you or I would ever consider happening to any one  But it did, and to me.Not long after this incident ,she also went of with some one else. <br><br>I have no confidence left ,after  the way life and the opposite sex have treated me; so have accepted as an inevitability , that my life will , from now on; remain for ever empty of close  female friends. However; I would ,as an honourable Englishman ; enjoy very much ,the opportunity to make friends  (through the internet)  with just one or maybe two ; pretty ladies. Hence my e mail. <br><br>With Kind Regards and Very best wishes from England,<br> I am Respectfully yours,
Luba's trip
Dear Luba, Have a great trip back. Let Nadya know that we all miss her. She always shined so brightly in Petter&#39;s pictures of her! Nice red suitcase!! It should be easy to fine at the baggage claim!!
True love
Dear Petter: Great artwork featuring natural models whom appear great at just being themselves. That&#39;s atrue credit to you and your ability to be a genuine communicator. The fact you and your once new model, Luba, found true love for each other is really no surprise. Your natural instincts in artistic impulsivesness and good hearts, naturally wove the spell over you two. I don&#39;t think either of you had a pick up line. True love never does...It happens when two people find the common string that ties them together. It&#39;s a great thing and I am happiest for you both!!! True love- the only thing sexier than photography. As for the enjoyable spontaniety found deep with your many fine work examples...You prove it&#39;s never really the camera that makes one great but yes, even with a Convenience store [7-11] cheapy $5 camera...any attitude or personality allowed to freely exhibit itself before you, playing outward toward your lens...is bound to be captured. Cameras don&#39;t make the man, model nor photographer. It&#39;s your own eye...your own heart, reaching out and touching the other...the subject herself to caress your way in a focus towards photographic succcess. Thanks for helping make your model&#39;s dreams come true and providing them one of the highlights in their lives, capturing their free or hidden selfs for them and others to admire forever. Keep up the good work. Best of luck always to you, your lovely dear wife, Luba, and the rest of your collaborating crew!!! Sincerely awed: AJ, Boston
